Turnaround Time

Sorry everyone, I leave for Alaska to work for 5 weeks very soon. Along with work commitments it appears I am about to join millions in the American/ Las Vegas forclosure crisis. I am in a bit of a crux here again. Unfortunately, a small beak or crimpy lieback will not get me through! Paperwork, phone calls, faxes, red tape, money, etc. The problems of the modern world! Fly’n Brian’s future is unknown! Wish me Luck!

THE COLOR ABOVE REPRESENTS MY CURRENT STATUS

Please check here to see my current turnaround time status. I will update this post each time my status changes. A little like our security status at the airport but based on fact!

THE DESCRIPTIONS BELOW DEFINE THE COLORS AND MY STATUS

go_green_light_sticker-p217516253251683761qjcl_400This was the best green i could find. Green means GO. This means I am basically caught up on my work log and am continuously keeping up with orders coming in. Turnaround time is about 1-2 weeks and I can fulfill rush order requests.

Yellow, of course, is CAUTION. This means I am very busy and trying to keep up. This is usually where I am. Turnaround time is about 2-3 weeks.

stop-glossy-red-001Red means STOP. This means that I am either out of town working or climbing. Usually working (I swear!) I rarely ever have an order more than 4 weeks in the worst of circumstances but when I post RED, I am out of town and backed up fairly severely. I have a safe drop box/ post box and any packages sent while I am gone are secure. If you dont mind waiting, send your shoes in. If you cannot wait, RED is not the best time!
